In the initial planning stage, we are happy to provide you with Vectorworks drawings covering the whole venue or any parts of it, illustrating the technical aspects, and we are also happy to come up with an area plan for you. During the event, we will make all practical arrangements such as managing all work in the area, venue production, placing orders for technical parts and area infrastructure, and planning of staff resources and logistics. In addition, safety and permitting matters form a significant part of production, and we will consider these in all stages of work. After the event, we will also be happy to take care of all disassembly and post-production tasks for you.
